The challenge
Most prospects arrive with a vague idea ("we need a better website") but little clarity on platform, structure, or phasing. Scoping calls are valuable, but repeating the same discovery framing eats time before the conversation gets specific.
The approach
Rather than a generic chatbot, Scope was built as a structured product with a fixed output schema, using the same categories I use when scoping real client work. Cached examples show the format instantly; one free live scope per visitor handles their own brief, with contact handoff when they want to go further.
